1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Visa Service Agency and the Customer.
1.2. The agency provides visa consultation, documentation preparation and other relevant services.
1.3. The Agency is not a consular authority and does not guarantee the issuance of a visa.

2. Terms of Service

2.1. The client is obliged to provide complete and accurate information required for the visa process.
2.2. The agency ensures the preparation of documents based on the information provided by the client.
2.3. The agency is not responsible if the consulate or embassy refuses to issue a visa.

3. Compensation and payment terms

3.1. The client is obliged to pay the service fee in advance, unless other conditions have been agreed. 3.2. The service is considered to have started upon payment, and the money is not refundable.
3.3. Additional costs (state duty, embassy fees, etc.) are not included in the service fee and must be paid separately by the client.

4. Confidentiality

4.1. The Agency protects the confidentiality of the client's personal data and does not transfer it to third parties, except in cases provided for by law.
4.2. The client is responsible for the accuracy of his/her data and their transfer is based on the client's consent.

5. Limitation of liability

5.1. The Agency is not responsible for visa refusal or any delays caused by the decision of the consulate or embassy.
5.2. The Agency is not responsible in cases where the client provides incorrect information or fails to comply with the requirements.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1. All possible disputes will be resolved through negotiations.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

7.1. The Agency reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
7.2. The updated terms and conditions shall enter into force from the moment of their publication on the website.
